Fuck this post. If I don’t know how to cook, it’s because I didn’t grow up in a house where cooking was something you passed down to your daughter and son.  Shit. Doesn’t make me any less of a woman because I have to look at recipes to cook good meals.

Yea. I’m mad. So. *shrug*

I know how to cook because I picked a book and watched cuisine TV and Food network for a whole summer before I left Ivory Coast. it doesn’t have anything to do with being a woman or man.

Those domestic tasks are not something a woman owes to anybody in order to be given some sort of “good woman certificate”. Shut the fuck up, I’m a woman because I fucking said so.

you want to know what we’re good at ? punching patriarchy in the face is what we’re good at. get a full arena of seats.
